Some databases experienced high load conditions, causing a temporary inability to access the services.
The high load condition has now been resolved and the service is up and running, and we are transitioning from a degenerated operation to a normal operation. We deeply apologize for any inconvenience and trouble this may have caused to our customers.
■ Incident Details
Customers using UniBaaSDB experienced issues with the following functionalities:
- Unifinity Application Player
- Communication in applications using UniBaaS DB
- Unifinity Studio
- Cloud integration functionality
- Unifinity Wizard
- App creation excluding kintone integration
■ Incident Duration
From around 17:00 on December 14, 2023, to around 20:50 on December 14, 2023.
■ Cause of the Incident and Response Status
A large number of accesses to the UniBaaS database system were causing problems with each API process.
The problematic database system has been restored and is now operating normally.
