5. terminal authentication

This section describes the device authentication for each device on which the Unifinity Application Player is installed.

Immediately after installation, the Unifinity Application Player has limited functionality and only the development environment connection function (real-time preview) is available.

When you need to remove functional restrictions, such as receiving an application from a development environment connection, please perform device authentication on each device on which the Unifinity Application Player is installed.

 

[Attention].Account information required for device authentication
UniBaaS account information (user ID, password, and company ID) is required for terminal authentication.

 

[Reference] Social Login

Users who select a Google account when creating a free account can authenticate the Unifinity Application Player through Google authentication. By clicking the Google icon displayed on the initial screen, the authentication screen will appear, allowing the user to complete the authentication process.

[Reference] To change your account information
If you wish to change the account information for reasons such as switching licenses after device authentication, follow the steps below to register the new account information again.
[Reference] About QR Code Authentication
If you are using the Unifinity Portal, you can skip entering your User ID and Company ID by selecting "Start using with QR Code".

For Windows

  1. Click on "Menu" in the upper left corner of the screen.


  1. Click on "Settings" in the menu.

  1. [Enter your UniBaaS account information (user ID, password, and company ID) in the User Settings tab, respectively.

  1. [Click on "Authentication.

    If the authentication is successful, the apps available from UniBaaS will be displayed for the authenticated account. If there is no obtainable application, the message "Authenticated. and "I'm not sure what to do with it.
  1. If there is an application available for acquisition, click Yes.

    When the download is complete, the message "Downloaded. and "I'm not sure what to do with it.

For Android

  1. Launch the Unifinity Application Player. For Ver. 3.7.0 or later, press "Login" displayed in the center of the screen and go to Step 4. Ver. 3.7.0 or earlier, click on theimg-d0040.pngTap "+" and go to step 2.

  1. Tap [Settings] on the menu.

ReferenceWhen the notification permission confirmation appears

After installing Unifinity Application Player, the first time a device is authenticated, a notification permission confirmation will be displayed. It does not matter which one you tap.
