2-1. multilingualization of web pages and locale support

The web pages of the UniBaaS administration screen are now displayed in the language according to the preferred language setting of your browser.

As of Ver. 1.8.5, the supported languages are English and Japanese.

In addition, the date and time display (login date, etc.) is now converted to a date and time that conforms to the locale (regional setting) of the operating system used.

2-2. add group affiliation to the distribution file list

Added a new target group for file delivery on the list of delivered files screen. Groups can also be used as search keys.

2-3. add language settings to contractor management (function for administrators)

Language settings have been added to the Edit Company Information screen. The default is Japanese.

The language specified here will be used for mail delivery from the server (e.g. password setting mail).
