If you are unable to authenticate your Unifinity product, the following are possible causes
- Incorrectly entered authentication information
- Forgot Password
- Unable to connect to the Internet
- Using Proxy Settings
1. Incorrectly entered authentication information
Unifinity authentication uses three pieces of information: "App ID", "Password", and "Company ID".
Common mistakes include the following cases
- One of the values of "User ID," "Password," or "Company ID" is incorrect.
Please check the information you have entered, including whether any spaces are included.
2. forgot password
If you have used your e-mail address as your "User ID", you can reset your password yourself.
Menu > Settings > User Settings
You will receive an email to reset your password.
If you use characters other than e-mail addresses for "User ID," please contact your administrator or sales representative.
3. Unable to connect to the Internet
Unifinity authentication requires an Internet connection. Please check if your device is connected to the Internet and check the signal conditions.
4. Use proxy settings
If you are connecting to the Internet via a proxy within your company, configure the following settings.
Menu > Settings > Preferences
and then select the following items.
Use OS proxy settings when running Unifinity Application" (Windows only)
Use OS proxy settings for user authentication."
If none of the above cases apply and login authentication fails

Company ID
User ID
Time of authentication failure
Message displayed when authentication fails
