If your application does not appear on the Unifinity Application Player, the following possibilities are possible
- The application has not been downloaded.
- Check the app's distribution group
- Check access to the C drive
- Turn off ransomware protection
1. The application has not been downloaded.
The created application will be deployed in UniBaaS and must be downloaded to the Unifinity Application Player.

If a downloadable application exists, a confirmation message will appear.
2. Check the distribution group of the application.
It is possible that the application you are looking for is not set up for distribution to the group you belong to.
To check the delivery group, log in to the administration screen and check "Delivery Groups" in the "Delivery File Management" menu. If you have not yet set up or have not set up distribution to the group to which you belong, click the "Distribution Group" button to set up distribution.
3. Check access to C drive (application folder)
Check your Unifinity product installation location.
Menu > Preferences
and then go to "Folder Settings" to check.
Please check if you can access the folders shown. If access is not available, change to a folder path accessible to the customer.
*Please use a local drive for the application folder, as a network drive may also slow down the operation.
4. Turn off ransomware protection
If you are unable to create or save the application, it is possible that Windows Defender or anti-virus software has enabled ransomware protection, but access to the destination folder is restricted.
Check ransomware prevention features
Start Menu > Settings > Windows Security > Virus and Threat Prevention > Manage Ransomware Prevention
If "Controlled Folder Access" is set to "On", folder access can be enabled by setting this to "Off".
