On the distribution file management screen, you can manage the distribution files registered in UniBaaS.
The distribution file management screen consists of the following elements.

Registering a Distribution File
Register a file to be distributed with UniBaaS.
Registered distribution files can be downloaded from Unifinity Application Player.
For how to download distribution files, see "Distribution Using UniBaaS" and [UniBaaS/File Download].
Click [Upload file] in the distribution file list to display the dialog.
Registering the Distribution File
Choose the file to distribute by dragging and dropping it, or by clicking [or click to select] and selecting the file to upload in the file selection dialog. The name is filled in automatically.
Scheduling Distribution
If you want to distribute the file at a specified date and time, select the [Enable scheduled distribution] checkbox and specify the date and time you want distribution to start. The file is not distributed until the scheduled date and time.
Specifying Distribution Groups
If you want to specify the groups to distribute the file to, select the [Distribute to groups] checkbox and choose the groups you want to be recipients.
Review the registration details and click [Upload].
The selected application file is uploaded to UniBaaS.
[Caution] About the file extension of files downloaded with [App Download]
To make an uploaded application file downloadable with the [App Download] function of Unifinity Application Player, the file extension in "File name" must be ".uap".

[Caution] When an uploaded file does not appear on the file list screen
After you upload a file, it may take a few seconds for it to appear on the distribution file list screen. If you cannot find the uploaded file on the distribution file list screen, wait a moment and then refresh the screen.
Changing a Distribution File
In the file edit dialog, you can update a distribution file, schedule an update of a distribution file, and update its destination groups.
In the distribution file list, click [editEdit] for the distribution file you want to change to display the dialog. The [Edit] tab and the [File update schedule] tab are displayed. On the Edit tab, you can change the file name, upload an updated file, change the scheduled distribution date and time, set a comment, and configure groups. On the File update schedule tab, you can set the date and time of a scheduled file update and upload the file for the scheduled update.
Updating a Distribution File
To update a distribution file, drag and drop the file onto [Select new app file]. The file name must be the same as the name used at registration.
Updating the Destination Groups of a Distribution File
To change the recipients, change the [Group settings]. To stop distributing the file, clear the group settings.
Scheduling a Distribution File Update
To start distributing the updated file from a specified date and time, open the [File update schedule] tab.
Drag and drop the file onto [Select scheduled update file] and specify the distribution date and time. You can also change only the scheduled distribution date and time, or cancel the scheduled distribution.
Bulk Operations on Distribution Files
Select the checkboxes at the start of the distribution file rows to select multiple rows. [Bulk group settings] and [Bulk delete] then become active, and you can perform bulk operations.
Bulk Group Settings
Click the [Bulk group settings] button to display the bulk distribution group settings dialog.
If you select [Replace] as the update mode, the destination groups are replaced all at once with the distribution groups you selected. If you select [Add] as the update mode, the groups you select in this dialog are added to the destinations already set for the files.
To stop distributing files in bulk, select [Replace] as the update mode and clear the group settings.
Click [Next] to display the confirmation screen.
Click [Confirm and start] to run the bulk operation.
Bulk Delete
Click the [Bulk delete] button to display a confirmation screen.
If you are sure about the operation, select the [I understand that this action cannot be undone] checkbox and click [Proceed to confirmation]. A final confirmation screen is displayed.
Enter the specified string in the confirmation box and click the [Delete all files] button. The bulk operation is run.
Changing Destination Groups
Click the group settings button group in the distribution file management list to display the distribution group settings dialog.
Select the groups you want to be recipients and click the Save button.
Deleting a Distribution File
Click the delete button delete in the distribution file management list to display a confirmation dialog, and the distribution file is deleted.
Downloading a Distribution File
Click the download button download_2 in the distribution file management list to display the browser's file save dialog, and you can download the file.
Downloading CSV Data
Click [Download CSV] on the distribution file management screen.
The "Save As" dialog is displayed. Specify the location and name for the downloaded CSV file and save it.
