In the Distribution File Management screen, you can manage all distribution files registered in UniBaaS.
The components of the Distribution File Management screen are as follows:

| File List | Displays all distribution files registered in UniBaaS. Each row shows the file name, memo, file size, created date, updated date, target groups, status, and action buttons. You can perform bulk actions such as assigning groups or deleting multiple files by selecting checkboxes at the beginning of each row. The default sort order is ascending by registration date. Columns that display up/down arrows when hovered allow sorting. |

Registering Distribution Files
Register the files you want to distribute via UniBaaS. Registered files can be downloaded from Unifinity Application Player.
Click Upload File in the file list to open the upload dialog.
Uploading Distribution Files
Drag & drop a file, or click Select File to choose a file from the dialog. The file name will be filled in automatically.
Scheduled Distribution
If you want the file to be distributed at a specific date and time, enable Enable Scheduled Distribution and specify the distribution start date/time.
The file will not be distributed until the scheduled time.
Assigning Distribution Groups
If you want to distribute the file only to specific groups, enable Distribute to Groups and select the target groups.
Review your settings, then click Upload to upload the selected application file to UniBaaS.
⚠ Important: Required File Extension for Application Download
To allow Unifinity Application Player to download the file using [App Download], the file extension must be “.uap”.
⚠ Note: File Not Visible After Upload
It may take a few seconds for uploaded files to appear in the file list. If the file does not appear immediately, wait a moment and refresh the screen.
配信ファイルの変更
In the Edit File dialog, you can update a distribution file, schedule an update, or modify distribution groups.
Click editedit on the file you want to modify.
Updating the Distribution File
To update an existing file, drag & drop the new file into Select New Application File. The file name must match the original name.
Scheduling a File Update
To begin distributing the updated file at a specific date/time, open the Scheduled Update section.
Drag & drop the updated file into Select Scheduled Update File and specify the date/time.
Updating Distribution Groups
To change distribution targets, modify the Group Settings. To stop distributing a file, clear all group assignments.
Bulk Operations
Select multiple files using the checkboxes to activate Bulk Group Settings and Bulk Delete.
Bulk Group Settings
Click Bulk Group Settings to open the group assignment dialog.
Replace mode: Overwrites existing group assignments with the selected groups.
Add mode: Adds the selected groups to existing assignments. To stop distribution for all selected files, choose Replace and clear all groups.
Click Next to open the confirmation screen, then click Confirm and Execute to proceed.
Bulk Delete
Click Bulk Delete to open the confirmation dialog.
If the operation is correct, check I understand that this action cannot be undone and click Proceed to Confirmation.
Enter the required confirmation text and click Delete All Files to execute the operation.
Changing Distribution Groups
Click the group group button in the file list to open the group settings dialog.
Select the desired groups and click Save.
Deleting Distribution Files
Click delete in the file list. A confirmation dialog will appear, and the file will be deleted.
Downloading Distribution Files
Click download_2 in the list to open the browser’s save dialog and download the file.
Downloading CSV Data
Click Download CSV to export the file list.
Specify the filename and save location when prompted.
