The Group Management screen allows you to manage groups registered in UniBaaS.
The group list contains the following elements:

| Group List |
Shows all groups registered in UniBaaS. Columns include Group ID, Group Name, Memo, Group Permissions, Number of Users, and Action Buttons. The default sort order is ascending by registration. You can change the order by hovering over the ID column header and clicking the up/down arrows. To edit group information, click Edit. To delete a group, click Delete. If many groups exist, they will be split across multiple pages. Click the page number icons to switch pages. To change the number of items displayed per page, select the desired number from the dropdown at the bottom right of the list. |

You can also access actions by right-clicking a row. group: apps: edit: delete: Deletes the group.

Creating a Group
Click Create to open the group creation dialog.
Enter the Group Name, Memo, and Group Permission, then click Create to add the new group.

Among the available permissions, only users belonging to groups with Administrator permission can access UniBaaS administrative features.
Users of Unifinity Application Player should be assigned to a group with User permissions.
Editing Group Information
Click edit on the group you want to modify. A dialog will appear where you can edit the group information.
Click Update to apply the changes.
Deleting a Group
Click delete on the group you wish to remove.
A confirmation dialog will appear, and the group will be deleted after confirmation.
If the group has associated users or assigned distribution files, the group cannot be deleted and an error will be displayed.
Note: When Changing the Permission of the Logged-In User
If you change the permissions of a group in such a way that it affects the currently logged-in user, you will be required to log out and log in again.
Downloading CSV Data
Click Download CSV in the group list.
When the “Save As” dialog appears, select the location and file name for the CSV and save it.
