Starting from Ver. 6.1.0, the Network Diagnostics feature can be executed from the settings screens of the Welcome Screen, Unifinity Studio, and Unifinity Application Player.
This feature allows you to investigate the cause of network issues with a single click, particularly problems that occur during user authentication or server communication.
Connection Targets
During network diagnostics, communication checks are performed for the destinations marked with “✓” in the table below.

You can also add an arbitrary URL during network diagnostics.
This allows you to include internal company servers or third-party services as additional communication test targets.。
Diagnostic Results
If communication with a connection target is successful, “OK” will be displayed in the results.
If communication fails, an error message will be displayed.
The exact error message may vary depending on the operating system, OS version, or connection target.
Please refer to the table below to identify possible causes based on the displayed error message.
