1. About Viewing Apps

1.1. How to Generate a Viewing App

When using Unifinity Wizard with UniBaaS DB as the backend (*), it is possible to simultaneously generate a data viewing app by turning on the check for "Data Viewing App" when generating an app. For more details, please see "[Unifinity Wizard] 2. Creating an App".

(*) If you do not set up integration with kintone at the time of app creation, UniBaaS DB automatically becomes the backend.

Viewing apps can be used to display and check data registered in UniBaaS DB in a list or to download the data as a CSV file.

Note: Execution of viewing apps requires Unifinity Application Player Ver. 5.5 or higher.

 

1.2. Operating the Viewing App

1.2.1. Common Operations

  1. Open the menu. You can perform actions such as exiting the app or deleting unnecessary data accumulated in local data.

  2. Return to the upper level. If viewing "Repeating Information", return to "Field Information"; if viewing "Field Information", return to "Basic Information".

  3. Displayed when the app contains more than two "Processes". You can select which process to view.

  4. Receive the latest data.

  5. Download the data being viewed as a CSV file. It can be opened with Microsoft Excel, etc. However, image data is not included in the CSV, so please view and download images separately.

 

 

1.2.2. Data Operations

  1. Displays the hierarchy of the data currently being shown.

  2. You can narrow down the entire data with keywords.

  3. Data is displayed in table format. You can sort the data in ascending/descending order by selecting the header.

  4. If image data is present, selecting the button will display the image. You can also download the image via the right-click menu while viewing the image.

  5. Return to the upper level. If viewing "Repeating Information", return to "Field Information"; if viewing "Field Information", return to "Basic Information".

  6. Proceed to the lower level. If viewing "Basic Information", proceed to "Field Information"; if viewing "Field Information", proceed to "Repeating Information". If the corresponding level does not exist, the button will be inactive.

  7. Edit the data. The editing interface will be similar to that of the field app.

  8. Delete the data.

  9. Add data. In the case of "Field Information" that is not a "Repeating Screen", you cannot add a second set of data (it will automatically become an edit of the first set of data).
