By networking the device to your development environment (a PC with Unifinity Studio installed), you can see how your Unifinity application will render on the device. This feature is called "real-time preview.
During real-time preview, selecting a screen name in the screen definition list displays that screen on the device. If the screen in the development environment is edited or changed in this state, the device side will also change in tandem (screen synchronization occurs at 3-second intervals).
To enable real-time preview, follow the steps below.

Configuration required for development environment connection
This section describes the settings required for the development environment connection.
Connection Information Settings
Set the following information on both the development environment side and the device side.
- pairing code
- port number
The above settings are made in the [Preferences] tab on the development environment side and in the settings screen on the device side.

[Attention.Characters that can be used to set the pairing code
Only one-byte alphabetic characters can be used to set the pairing code. Numbers or symbols cannot be used for the pairing code.
Proxy Connection Settings
When a proxy connection is required, it is set in the "Preferences" tab on the development environment side and in the "Settings" menu on the device side, respectively.
Please contact your own network administrator for configuration information.
Connecting to Devices
This section describes the connection to the device.
device standby
To start device standby on the development environment side, click the menu icon "Connect to Device Wi-Fi" in the screen design. In DB design and processing design(device standby).
When the device is in standby mode, a check mark will appear next to Connect to [Device Wi-Fi].

Development environment connection
Once the development environment side is in the standby state, "development environment connection" is made on the device side.
The device is connected to a development environment in standby mode running on a PC on the same network (with the same network address as the device side) whose pairing code and port number match, and the currently displayed screen appears on the device.
For Windows
On the launcher screen on the device side, select "Development Environment Connection" from the menu.

Tap [︙] in the upper right corner of the launcher screen on the device side, then tap [Develop Environment Connection].
