This page explains the alternatives to Simple Creation. All methods lead to the preview screen and use the same app generation process.
1. Creating an App by Analyzing a Form
Use AI to analyze an existing form file and create an app. Select “Analyze a Form” on the home screen to get started.
Upload your form file and click “Start Analysis.” AI reads the fields and suggests an app structure. If you are satisfied with the suggestion, click “Apply.”
After applying the suggestion, you will move to the information organization screen. Review the settings, then click “Next” to open the preview screen.
You can also make additional requests to the AI assistant.
If you close the chat dialog, click the “AI” button in the lower-right corner to reopen it.

- After a successful import, the preview screen opens with the fields added.
Importing JSON Data
Restore your work from a previously exported app definition (JSON).
- Select a .json file.
- After a successful import, the preview screen opens with the settings restored to their saved state.
- You can also import files saved using “Download Settings as JSON” in the menu at the top right.
4. Importing from kintone
Import a kintone app’s field definitions to create a mobile app that integrates with it.
The overall workflow is shown below.
- Enter connection details: Enter your kintone subdomain and credentials, using either password authentication or API token authentication, then connect.
- Select a kintone app: Choose the app to integrate with from the retrieved list of kintone apps. You can also link two apps: one for Basic Information and one for On-Site Information.
- Select fields: Choose the fields to import. All fields are selected by default.
- Configure the imported data:
- Organize fields into steps: Divide the fields between Basic Information and On-Site Information.
- Table Settings (if subtables are present): Assign subtables to steps and choose either “Edit Together” or “Edit Each Record Separately.”
- Link Key Settings (when linking two apps): Select the key fields used to link the two apps.
- Once configuration is complete, the preview screen opens with the imported content.
For apps integrated with kintone, you can use “Field Settings” and “Screen Settings” from the preview screen as usual. The available input methods are automatically filtered according to the corresponding kintone field type.
