You can check the delivery files registered in UniBaaS by clicking "Delivery File Management" in the Administration menu.
The components of the list of delivered files are as follows

Registering files for delivery
Register files to be delivered by UniBaaS.
Registered delivery files can be downloaded from the Unifinity Application Player.

- Click "File Registration" in the list of delivered files.
The New Delivery File Registration screen will appear. - Enter the file name and remarks for the delivery file (①), select the application file to be uploaded (②), and click [Confirm Registration Details] (③).
To select an application file, drag and drop the application file to be uploaded into the frame in the center of the screen. You can also click "Select File" to select the target application file.
The content confirmation screen will appear. - Confirm the registration details and click "Upload.
The selected application file is uploaded to UniBaaS.
After this, set the delivery destination for the uploaded application file. ."Change target group for deliveryPlease proceed to "Change the target group for distribution" (the application will not be distributed without "Change the target group for distribution"). (See Section 2.1.2.).
[Attention.Download at [Download App].About File Extensions
To make the uploaded application file available for downloading via the [Download Application] function of the Unifinity Application Player, the extension must be set to ".uap" in the "File Name" field.

[Attention.When uploaded files are not displayed in the file list screen
After a file is uploaded, it may take several seconds for the file to be reflected in the list of files to be distributed. If you do not see the uploaded file in the list of delivered files screen, please take a moment and refresh the screen.
Register a delivery appointment date and time
If you specify a reserved delivery date and time on the new file registration screen, you can prevent the file from being delivered until the reserved delivery date and time.
- Enter the file name and remarks for the delivery file (①), select the application file to be uploaded (②), specify the date and time of the delivery appointment (③), and click [Confirm Registration Details] (④). The content confirmation screen will appear.
- After confirming that the delivery appointment date and time are displayed, click "Upload.
Download CSV data
Click [CSV Data Download] in the list of delivery files.
The "Save As" screen will appear. Specify the location and name of the CSV file to be downloaded and save it.
Change target group for delivery
- In the list of delivered files, click on "Delivery Group" of the delivered file to be changed.
The group settings screen for distribution target groups will appear. - Check the groups to be distributed (①) and click "Update" (③).
[All selections]to check all groups displayed.
To distribute to the entire company regardless of group affiliation, check the "All Users" checkbox.
If you select [Notify by e-mail] (②), e-mail notifications will be sent to all users who are eligible for distribution.
The target group for distribution will be changed.
ReferenceWhen narrowing down a group
Enter criteria in the group search and click "Search" to narrow down the group.
[Check the "Hide groups already targeted for delivery" checkbox to make it easier to select target groups.
Click "Reset" to clear the entered conditions.
ReferenceGroup List Operations
- When the number of groups is large, they are displayed on multiple pages. Click on the number icon to switch to the corresponding page.
- To change the number of groups displayed on a page, select the number of groups to display from the pull-down menu in the lower right corner of the list.
Change of delivery file
- In the list of delivery files, click "Edit" for the delivery file you wish to change.
The Edit Delivery File Information screen appears. - Change the contents (①) and click "Confirm Changes" (②).
You can also change the delivery file. ."Registering files for deliverySelect the files to be uploaded in the same manner as in "1.
The content confirmation screen will be displayed. - Confirm the registration details and click "Upload.
The delivery file information will be changed. If you choose to upload files, the files on UniBaaS will be updated.
Change the date and time of the delivery appointment
Until the delivery reservation date and time, the delivery reservation date and time can be changed on the Edit Delivery File Information screen.
- Change the content (①), change the date and time of the delivery appointment (②), and click [Confirm changes] (③). The content confirmation screen will be displayed.
- After confirming that the delivery reservation date and time have been changed, click "Upload.
Register for renewal appointments
When you register an update reservation, the delivery file will be automatically updated to the registered file on the date and time of the update reservation.
- In the list of delivery files, click "Edit" for the delivery file for which you wish to register an update reservation.
The Edit Delivery File Information screen appears. - Click [Update Reservation] (①), select the application file to be uploaded, specify the date and time of the update reservation (②), and click [Confirm Registration Details] (③). The content confirmation screen will be displayed.
- Confirm the registration details and click "Upload.
Deletion of delivered files
In the list of delivered files, click Delete for the delivered file you wish to delete.
A confirmation message screen will appear. Click "OK" if you are sure you want to delete the file.
Download Delivery File
In the list of delivered files, click the icon to the far right of the delivered file you wish to download.
The "Save As" screen will appear. Specify the location and name of the delivery file to be downloaded and save it.

The "Save As" screen will appear. Specify a location and name for the file and save it.
