8. management of authentication information for push notification

Authentication information management for push notifications is used when using the customized version of Unifinity Application Player provided directly from us.

ReferenceIf you are using the regular version of the Unifinity Application Player

Customers using the regular version of Unifinity Application Player downloaded from the store (Google Play/App Store) do not need authentication information for push notifications.

You can check the authentication information for push notifications registered in UniBaaS by clicking on "Manage authentication information for push notifications" in the Administration menu.

The components of the list of authentication information for push notification are as follows

(i) Authentication Information List

Authentication information for push notifications registered with UniBaaS.
The authentication information identifier is displayed.

  • Click "Edit" to change the authentication information.

Registration of authentication information

  1. Click "Register authentication information" in the list of authentication information for push notification.

    The screen for registering new authentication information for push notification appears.

  2. Enter the authentication information identifier (①), select the certificate file (for iOS)/API key (for Android) (②), and click [Confirm Registration Details] (③).
    To select a certificate file, drag and drop the certificate file to be uploaded into the frame in the center of the screen. You can also click "Select File" to select the target certificate file.

    The content confirmation screen will appear.

  3. Review the registration details and click "Register.

    New authentication information for push notification is registered.

Download CSV data

Click "CSV Data Download" in the list of authentication information for push notification.

The "Save As" screen will appear. Specify the location and name of the CSV file to be downloaded and save it.

Change of authentication information

  1. In the list of authentication information for push notification, click "Edit" for the authentication information to be changed.

    The Edit Authentication Information screen appears.

  2. Change the authentication information (①) and click [Confirm changes] (②).
    In the Certificate File Selection, drag and drop the certificate file to be uploaded into the frame in the center of the screen. You can also click "Select File" to select the target certificate file.

    The content confirmation screen will be displayed.

  3. Confirm the changes and click "Register.

    The authentication information is changed.

Deletion of authentication information

In the list of authentication information for push notification, click "Delete" for the authentication information to be deleted.

A confirmation message screen will appear. Click "OK" if you are sure you want to delete the file.
